Welcome

I am a plant ecologist, botanist, and educator working as an independent consultant at Moody Ecology. Previously, I worked at the Kansas Biological Survey, where I managed a variety of projects and worked with colleagues from the Native Plant Medicinal Gardens, The Kansas Natural Heritage Program, The Great Plains Center for BioAssessment, KARS, and the MAPs Education Outreach Program.

Currently I am also fighting the building of hyperscale datacenters in Franklin County and across Missouri.

On this website, you can learn about the ecological impacts of hyperscale data centers, in addition to my botanical explorations and other research interests.

This website is currently under reconstruction.
